The Royal Station Hotel did a good job yesterday. Room was good, as was the lunch, and the service. I'd score it 8/10. The only 'gripe' I would have was the wi-fi. This was public wi-fi and insecure. Our cyber security system flagged it as high risk, so I ended up having to hold/run two online workshops (the day before) via hotspot to my mobile with not great reception. We managed but it was not ideal. This is not to take away from the great service you provided, Lisa. But for info for future or feedback to the hotel. Thanks.

Polly was helpful throughout. I've arranged many conferences and meetings before but always just did all the background searches myself which was very time consuming. Polly took on that responsibility and it was well worth it and i think we got a great venue at a fair price because of her.

Have really enjoyed working with Polly. Very attentive, good eye for detail and always delivers 👍

This girl is truly a blessing in disguise her professionalism and she gets the job done with our requests and she always pulls throught deffo and always using her for future enquiries
